Hi, I'm Anton Sergeev, owner and lead craftsman at PRG Home Improvement LLC. I've been working hands-on in construction and remodeling since 2010. I started out as an electrician with a small company, spent several years in property management, and later worked for custom home builders. That path gave me real, on-site experience across nearly every phase of residential construction — from rough framing to fine finish work.

Over the years, I've worked extensively in framing, siding, roofing, tile installation, hardwood and vinyl flooring, painting, trim carpentry, and custom built-ins. In 2016, I earned my Maryland Home Improvement Contractor license (MHIC #113057) and launched PRG Home Improvement to focus on high-quality, detail-driven residential remodeling.

Today, I personally handle most of the critical finish work on every project — especially kitchens, bathrooms, decks, porches, screened-in porches, trim carpentry, and custom carpentry details. I bring in trusted, licensed subcontractors only when needed for specialized trades such as framing, concrete, pavers, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

I've completed well over a dozen kitchen and bathroom remodels, built or finished dozens of decks and porches (including many screened-in porches), and handled a wide range of detailed finish projects — primarily throughout Anne Arundel County and Howard County, including Annapolis, Odenton, Gambrills, Columbia, and Ellicott City.

What keeps me motivated is the variety. Every project presents new challenges, new spaces, and new problems to solve. I especially enjoy the precision side of the work — dialing in trim details, building custom pieces that fit perfectly, or transforming an ordinary porch into a space families actually use every day.

I'm obsessive about quality and treat every customer's home with more care than my own. That means clear communication, realistic expectations, no surprise change orders, and close attention to the details that are often overlooked.
